Integrity's process is unique in that we use a basket and coding system for all helmets. This allows Intgrity to ensure all parts removed from the helmet (internal parts, chinstraps and face masks) are all placed back in the same helmet once completed. You will never have older parts in a new helmet.

The Integrity Process

1. Rack Helmets

Order form reviewed with client
Facemasks are checked for 5 or more points of metal
Age of each helmet is checked
*Helmets 10 years or older are rejected per manufacturer

2. NOCSAE Pre-Test

Helmets are drop tested before the reconditioning process to collect data on the severity index to verify that the helmet meets NOCSAE standards

3. Dis-Assemble Helmets

All pads, hardware, and facemasks are removed
Liners are tested for air retainment
Any damaged/incorrect parts are replaced with original manufacturer replacement parts
All exterior stickers and decals are removed
Shell is assessed for damage

4. Sanitize Helmet Pads

All interior pads and external parts are washed and sanitized
Parts and helmets are assigned a unique identifier to maintain the correct part

5. Sand/Buff

Molded helmets are buffed and shined to like new again
Painted helmets are sanded down to prepare for painting

6. Paint

Helmets are primed and painted to custom color

7. Assemble

The necessary stickers are installed on the helmet
The correct hardware, pads, and facemasks are installed

8. NOCSAE Post-Test

Helmets are drop tested after the reconditioning process verifying that the helmet meets NOCSAE standards

9. Quality Check and Boxing

Each helmets receives a final inspection by the owner
Helmets are bagged and placed in boxes
Boxes are labeled with sizes and number of helmets and are ready for shipment/local delivery

10. Happy Customer

Helmets are game ready upon return leaving you smiling like this customer
